Balinese people are the majority of traditional artists who later evolved into all areas of business including any jewelry industry. In 1996, a book gives me inspiration to carve wax and a few months later I managed to educate three artisan carving, we learn very quickly because it was used previously to carve. I taught more than 50 peoples since 1996, then they were spread out working on the jewelry industry in Bali. I'm happy with this because the peoples there are now successful and have a high income. I've been keep educating peoples, because Bali is an artist, so that we develop better and so the island remains the number one destination in the high art of jewelry, because we have the blessing called Taksu.

I employ seventy peoples at Kawan Baik Corporation (registered corporation) facilities and more than one hundred member of subcontract. Since year 2009, I am becoming a Hindu Priest. On 2010, I had a big meeting, spoke to them that my time now will be shared between business and spiritual.

On 2011, I told them that I want resign from the business and will sell the company, everyone will rewarded as long as working with me. I asked to them. How if I sell the company? They wish I did not sell this business and promise will keep discipline eventhough I am not in the office any time. They proved it! They according to the rules, never late to work.
